About us
Kabei Oy is a Nordic and Asia-focused advisory firm. We support company leadership in situations where Asia emerges as a strategic option, but decision-making requires clarity, realistic assessment and an independent perspective.
We approach Asia as a whole, not as a single market or isolated opportunity. The core of our work is to help clients understand where expansion is genuinely viable, under what conditions and in what sequence.
We emphasise independent advisory work and analysis to support decision-making. We do not promote opportunities. Instead, we structure alternatives and identify the practical constraints that determine how cooperation and business in Asia actually function.
Where appropriate, we also draw on practical experience and networks between Asia and the Nordic region. Networks are not the objective of our work, but a considered tool within a broader advisory process.
Kasperi Anttila
Founder, Asia advisor
The value of my work becomes particularly clear in situations where the right answer is not self-evident.

I am an advisor focused on the interface between Asia and the Nordic region. My background combines strong technical and commercial understanding with long-term experience in Asia and insight into both Asian and European operating environments.
I have lived and worked in Asia for several years and operate continuously at the intersection of the Nordic region and Asia. Over time, I have developed a deep understanding of Asian operating environments, decision-making structures and local business practices across multiple countries. In my work, Asia does not appear as a single market, but as a diverse and multi-layered whole in which differences between countries, regions and systems are often decisive.
At the core of my expertise is the combination of commercial and strategic thinking, together with the ability to structure complex issues in support of decision-making. When analysing Asia, I take into account historical, institutional and cultural factors that shape how markets, cooperation and business function in practice.
My working style is calm, analytical and approachable. My aim is not to sell or promote Asia, but to help clients understand it realistically and assess it in relation to their own situation, so that decisions are based on actual conditions and long-term perspective.
