About Us
Kabei Ltd. is an advisory firm focused on Asia and Europe. We support companies in Asia-related questions when decision-making requires a deeper understanding of local operating environments, structures, and practical constraints.
We approach Asia as a complex and diverse region rather than a single market or opportunity. Our core work is to identify the meaningful differences between countries and regions, and to help clients assess where progress is realistic, and under what conditions.
Our work is based on independent expert analysis designed to support decision-making. Kabei’s role is to act as a discussion partner and to clarify the overall picture in situations where Asia emerges as a strategic, operational, or international cooperation–related consideration.
When relevant, we also draw on practical experience and networks between Asia and Europe, but only when this genuinely serves the client’s situation. Networks are not an end in themselves, but a considered tool within a broader expert-led approach.
Kasperi Anttila
Founder & Asia-Advisor
The value of my work is most evident in situations where the right answer is not immediately obvious.

I am an Asia-focused advisor working at the interface between Europe and Asia. My background combines strong technical and commercial understanding with long-term experience in Asia and a deep familiarity with both Asian and European operating environments.
I have lived and worked in Asia for several years and continue to operate actively between Europe and Asia. Over time, I have developed a nuanced understanding of Asian business environments, decision-making structures, and local operating models across multiple countries. In my work, Asia is not viewed as a single market, but as a complex and diverse region where differences between countries, systems, and institutional contexts are often decisive.
At the core of my expertise is the ability to combine technical and strategic thinking and to structure complex questions in support of decision-making. I approach Asia through context, paying close attention to how historical, institutional, and cultural factors shape markets, cooperation, and business practices in reality.
My working style is calm, analytical, and approachable. My objective is not to promote or market Asia, but to help clients understand it realistically and place it in proportion to their own situation, so that decisions are based on real conditions and long-term perspective.
